- Graduation completed in Finance, Economics or related areas.
- Previous experience in Finance or Financial Controlling in a Logistics company is a plus.
- Previous experience with Leadership.
- Advanced English skills.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
This is the person responsible for performing the control and audit of FSL and expense control of the BUCL Business Unit, as well as providing support in the presentation of BIA, IA in accordance with the CoC and current guidelines, and monitoring their development. Additionally, this person assists the National Business Unit Control Manager (Scl ZF-C) in the South West Cluster.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform and lead financial business reviews, including follow up and corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and KPIs, including budgeting and forecasting
- Provide financial guidance and support to business unit manager and teams and develop business partnerships on different levels in the organization.
- Continuously identify and support process improvements increase productivity and profitability.
- Provide financial guidance and governance in line with the company’s accounting principles.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management
- Design, elaborate and execute finance trainings in alignment with other stakeholders.
- Profitability analysis of PL by customer, provision calculation, monthly results analysis, cost distribution among different centers.
- Performing controls developed under the Company’s Internal Control System in the assigned Business Units and maintaining the necessary supporting documentation. Also, presenting the findings and reporting to the responsible Business Unit managers.
