Job Description We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented Purchase Process Controller with a strong interest in systems and purchasing processes. This is a consulting assignment with the possibility of extension. The company is currently in a major system transformation, and you will play an important role in supporting the organization during this change. You will work closely with both business and IT, helping ensure that purchasing processes function smoothly in the new system. About the role You will be part of a team responsible for purchasing-related processes, with a focus on IT procurement. The role includes both operational and administrative work. You will support users, handle system-related questions, and follow up on issues. You will act as a link between users, support teams, and the purchasing organization. Key responsibilities • Support the business with questions related to purchasing systems • Troubleshoot purchasing-related issues • Create, follow up, and coordinate tickets • Act as a bridge between support, buyers, and business users • Maintain and update master data • Contribute to improvements in purchasing processes in the new system • Support the senior superuser in the project. Your profile • Bachelor degree in finance, IT, or similar • Experience in purchasing-related roles (e.g. purchasing controller, project manager, or similar), preferably within IT procurement • Good understanding of purchasing systems and processes • Experience working with master data and troubleshooting in business systems • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Meriting experience • Experience with SAP, especially SAP Ariba • Experience with EBD • Experience from system implementation or process-related projects • Experience working in a global organization • Experience in strategic work.
