About the Role As IT Business Controller, you’ll take a central role in our Financial Planning & Cost Controlling cluster, where you’ll shape both IT investments and overall cost transparency across the company. Acting as a trusted partner to our CIO and IT leadership team, you’ll combine sharp financial insights with strategic impact, ensuring that our IT spend fuels growth and innovation. Job Description About your tasks: Be a Trusted Business Partner Partner closely with our CIO and IT leadership team, providing financial insights that influence IT strategy and business decisions. Translate complex numbers into clear, actionable stories that guide leadership and maximize impact. Shape the Future of IT Capital Allocation Co-design and refine the IT investment prioritization process. Build robust business cases to ensure every IT project delivers maximum value and aligns with our ambition to lead Europe’s digital pharmacy. Drive Transparency & Control Own IT cost and investment reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization. Develop innovative, digital-first analytical tools that bring data to life and push Controlling beyond traditional reporting. Constantly seek opportunities to improve cost reporting and financial transparency. You enjoy working in a fast-changing international environment and growing with it. Qualifications About You: 3–5 years of experience in Controlling or Finance. Strong interest in Data and IT/Tech for Finance, with curiosity to explore new approaches. Analytical thinker with a pragmatic, business-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills, able to connect with senior management and stakeholders across the company. Proactive and curious — you enjoy improving processes, innovating, and making a real impact. Thrives in a fast-paced international environment, embracing growth and change.
