Job Description Unlock financial potential through data. Our Marketing Controlling Team acts as the financial compass for the Marketing department, dedicated to maximizing business value. As a Business Controller (m/f/d), you will take ownership of reporting, prepare independent analyses, and contribute to strategic marketing planning, ensuring cost transparency and supporting the company's success. Responsibilities Create clear and concise reports and dashboards, translating complex data into strategic narratives for key stakeholders Actively assist in conducting efficiency and cost analyses to drive cost transparency and highlight optimization opportunities in marketing spend Analyze and monitor performance holistically across all markets, deriving actionable insights and recommendations to guide investment decisions Support the entire marketing planning, forecasting, and financial closing processes Continuously develop, automate, and improve internal processes and reporting tools Perform ad-hoc analyses and provide foundational support for special projects Manage interfaces between Finance, Online Marketing & Marketing Intelligence Requirements Excellent degree in an analytical field, e.g., Economics or Business Administration At least 2 years of relevant experience in business controlling, marketing analytics, marketing controlling or related areas, preferably in an e-commerce environment Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Knowledge of SQL, Google BigQuery, and Google Data Studio is a plus Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights Ability to quickly grasp processes and analyses and communicate them clearly Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style YOU ARE THE CORE OF ABOUT YOU We take responsibility for creating an inclusive and exceptional environment where all genders, nationalities and ethnicities feel welcomed and accepted exactly as they are.
