BUSINESS CONTROLLER

Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Controller to join our client’s finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support business decision-making. You will work closely with various departments, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for business improvements
• Monitor key performance indicators and support management in decision-making
• Develop and improve financial processes, models, and reporting tools
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate financial planning
• Assist in cost control, profitability analysis, and investment evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in a Business Controller or similar financial role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Excel
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
