Muehlhan Wind Service is looking for a hands-on Business Controller to support the continued growth of our North American operations. Based in Dallas, this role will play a key part in strengthening financial visibility, supporting operational decision-making and ensuring solid financial processes across a fast-growing, project-driven organization. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic environment where finance is closely connected to operations, and where you will work directly with leadership to improve performance, transparency and scalability. What You Will Do Act as a financial partner to operations and sales, supporting decision-making across multiple business units Drive financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the North American organization Provide analysis on performance, cost structures and profitability, including project-related activities Support month-end close and ensure accuracy in financial data and reporting Contribute to strengthening financial processes, controls and systems (including MS Dynamics / ERP environment) Collaborate closely with project managers and operational teams to improve cost tracking and financial visibility Assist in building scalable structures to support continued growth What You Bring Experience in a Business Controller, Financial Controller or Senior Financial Analyst role Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and business performance analysis Exposure to project-based and/or service-oriented environments (e.g., construction, energy, industrial services) Comfortable working hands-on with data, systems and operational teams Experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization with evolving structures Location & Travel This role is based in Dallas, TX, with occasional travel to Canada and Oklahoma City, OK Occasional travel to Denmark for onboarding and strategic meetings Why Join Us Opportunity to take on a broad, hands-on finance role with real business impact Work closely with leadership in a growing North American organization Be part of a global company within renewable energy Help shape the integration and future success of multiple acquired businesses Compensation The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000–$120,000, depending on experience.
