Roschier is looking to hire a Business Controller to join the team in Helsinki.
Roschier is a leading law firm in the Nordic region with offices in Helsinki and Stockholm. We specialize in business law and cover a broad range of practice areas. The firm is well known for its excellent track record of advising on demanding international business law assignments and large-scale transactions. In total, Roschier currently employs some 525 staff members, including approximately 200 Business Operations professionals.
We are now looking for a business and development-minded Business Controller to join our dynamic Business Controlling & Analytics team for a full-time and permanent position, starting preferably in fall 2025. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the entire Business Controlling & Analytics team – consisting of 15 professionals across Helsinki and Stockholm – reflecting our firm’s cross-border ways of working. Working as a Business Controller at Roschier
As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in supporting management by providing insights and analysis for both operational and strategic decisions. You will be responsible for
Monthly management reporting and closing
Preparation of material and analysis for leadership
Annual planning and forecasting processes
Profitability analyses and financial insights
You will work independently yet collaboratively within our strong and supportive Business Controller team, where each member manages internal accounting for their respective areas.
