Responsibilities

This role ensures proper execution of financial planning and analyses as well as reporting within the Nordics for the area of Sales, incl. budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and data quality management. In that setup your main task is to support growth of net sales improvement of the channel/customer margins/profitability.

  • Support FP&A Director and Cluster Managing Director (MD) in core task of improving financial development of the cluster through active financial management and business partnering to the local Sales Directors.
  • Conduct financial analyses and communicate key financial developments frequently to the Sales Directors, FP&A Director and/or Cluster MD
  • Offer financial guidance to the Sales Directors in key business decisions related to growth of net sales and customer/channel/territory profitability.
  • Responsible for the preparation of regular reporting of sales and margin developments within the cluster as well as business cases within the sales stream.
  • Coordination and operational execution of the regular forecast and budget cycles in the cluster.
  • Ensure accurate handling of rebate management.
  • Prepare pre- and post-calculations of promotions.
  • Support strategic and tactical development of the business and financial processes under the guidance of the FP&A Director.
