THE ROLE

The job incumbent will provide corporate and business controlling support to the SEA markets (6 countries), ensuring accurate, high-quality analysis and reporting. Acting as a strategic partner to the General Manager, SEA - this role will drive performance, support decision-making, and champion process improvements. This position reports directly to the Director, Regional Controlling based in Singapore, with one direct report (Finance Analyst based in Thailand).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide corporate and management reporting for SEA markets.
• Business controlling for assigned functions, business units, or entities.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including strategy and mid-term planning.
• Drive efficiency, process harmonization, and value-adding initiatives.Support and/or lead ad-hoc projects (PMO, project lead, or team member as required).
