POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Coordination & QA Specialist at ISS is a cross-departmental role responsible for assuring a quality work product is delivered by our statistical unit, developing and maintaining robust documentation and technical support for customers, and performing administrative and data support to the business development unit.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Statistical Data & Process Quality Assurance
  • Establish and maintain standards, systems and scoring for QA of tasks performed by analysts/ specialists, including Auditing QA and Report Delivery QA
  • Subscriber Onboarding, Support, & Retention
  • Working with MIS and Stat Staff, develop and maintain guidelines for the onboarding and mapping of data from and for subscribers. Working with subscribers, providing input and advice for their data mapping and statistical data reporting.
  • Working with Stat Staff, assisting in the preparation of topic documentation for yearly retention calls. This includes sharing resources and assisting in the development of messaging to our subscribers.
  • Business Development & Advocacy
  • Strategically promote ISS to increase brand awareness of the organization, especially via online content management via LinkedIn, Twitter, ISS website, etc.
  • Email and data management support to ISSMarketing Department (Monitor marketing department ISS.Support, AskUs, emails, etc.).
