JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This position requires proficiency in clerical tasks, data entry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The Business Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and providing excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Compiling O&M manuals, including warranties and product specific guarantees
  • Maintaining project databases using construction-specific platforms such Index , Aconex and SnagR
  • Producing and updating as-built drawings
  • Managing project-specific document control systems
  • Collate and present data related to site sustainability initiatives, supporting compliance and reporting

No previous experience of a business coordinator role is necessary as full on the job training will be given; however it would be desirable to possess some of the below ;

  • Confidence using Microsoft office software.
  • Great attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
