Overview The Business Coordinator is responsible for the business operations, data analysis and related functions. In addition, the Business Coordinator will plan, organize, and lead the integration of care delivery strategy. Responsibilities ? Measures patient, staff, and any other performance or quality measure and utilization by compiling specialized reports, analyzing the data, and recommending strategic actions.? Support and assist department leaders and executives with projects.? Data abstractor for department services. Provide on-going as well as ad hoc reports and data to leadership.? Analyze and assess data for growth. Coordinate with leaders for growth strategies.? Manage full continuum of admitted patients. Evaluate patient satisfaction and return rate.? Works closely with the analytics team, as it relates to operations.? Plan and organize the integration of care delivery for ancillary teams by coordinating meetings, outlining targets, and formulating strategies to meet targets.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION:Required: Bachelor?s DegreePreferred: program(s) of study: Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Master?s degree.
