ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated business coordinator to join our team full-time in Edmonton, AB. This on-site role will be key in supporting entrepreneurs and internal operations through strategic business coordination, marketing execution, and strong client engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support business development initiatives through market research, lead generation, and partnership engagement.
  • Assist in marketing and outreach efforts, including content creation and campaign support.
  • Review and provide feedback on client business plans and pitch decks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal processes, meetings, and documentation to ensure smooth program delivery.
