Permanent full-time opportunity available, Sydney CBD location Support Executive Leaders as well as undertake business co-ordination functions to deliver organisational outcomes Be part of a newly-formed, centralised team in a dynamic integrity agency environment About the Role The role of Business Co-ordinator provides high level business management, administrative and executive support services to ensure the efficient functioning of the organisation and its Groups. The role supports Executive Leaders’ achievement of organisational accountabilities through the prioritisation of workflow items, preparation and review of documents and communications, co-ordination of briefings and advice and provision of executive support. This is an ongoing (permanent) role. The role is based at our Sydney CBD head office and is expected to attend the office for a minimum of three days per week as part of hybrid work arrangements. Proven ability to manage priorities and workflows as a shared resource in a matrix organisational environment, and develop effective working relationships at all levels. Previous experience in developing, implementing, championing and adhering to business processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality. Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners. Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
