Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager and team with projects, including planning and coordinating customer meetings and travel.
  • Support the sales team in organizing trade shows, conferences, and events, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.
  • Manage invitations and practical arrangements for events and educational activities, acting as a key contact for sales staff and customers.
  • Ensure all events and initiatives comply with internal and external policies and are properly approved.
  • Prepare written and digital materials such as reports, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and event announcements in collaboration with EMEA MarCom.
  • Coordinate marketing projects including printed and digital campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in branding, compliance, travel, and legal.
  • Manage vendor bids and requests for proposals.
  • Organize internal and external travel arrangements efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate internal employee activities.
  • Handle logistics for customer events, including registration and travel.
  • Manage contracts such as professional service agreements and grants, including payment follow-up.
  • Coordinate Nordic team logistics for congresses (e.g., hotel bookings).
  • Respond proactively to internal and external requests and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Support the Field Action Team when needed, in accordance with applicable SOPs.
