We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to support the daily operations of our fine dining establishment in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business administration and hospitality, with a passion for excellence and customer service. This role supports the General Manager in administrative, financial, and operational functions to ensure the restaurant maintains its high standards and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably in a fine dining or hospitality environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, POS systems, and restaurant management software.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s F&B regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate day-to-day administrative duties including document management, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
  • Financial Assistance: Monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist with daily sales reports, inventory audits, and monthly financial summaries.
  • Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with premium suppliers, manage procurement schedules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Staff Support: Assist in scheduling, attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll documentation in collaboration with HR.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Singapore’s food safety and labour regulations; assist in preparing for audits and license renewals.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Support front-of-house operations during peak periods, contribute to guest feedback analysis, and assist with special event planning.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, social media updates, and public relations activities.
  • Reporting: Compile and present key operational metrics to senior management for decision-making and strategic planning.
