Client is seeking a tenacious and curious Business Coordinator to provide essential administrative and tactical support to the IT Executive and the broader IT leadership team. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual with some technical knowledge and a desire to contribute to high-level strategic initiatives by handling day-to-day tasks. The coordinator will be a crucial “extra set of hands” to help the team become more efficient. This role utilizes skills in Business Analysis, Project Coordination and Executive Administration.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of curiosity.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • A willingness to take initiative and work independently on projects without needing constant management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Some technical and administrative understanding is required.
  • Experience with using modern tools to clean up documents.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, written).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A background in Information Technology is considered valuable but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with tactical tasks, such as organizing contract work and quarterly division meetings.
  • Support leaders with project coordination and organization.
  • Use critical thinking to help solve problems within the team.
  • Redo and clean up job descriptions and other documents, potentially using tools like Chat GPT.
