On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Coordinator – Staff Onboarding for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

BUSINESS COORDINATOR – STAFF ONBOARDING - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Coordinator – Staff Onboarding will support the Digital Design department by handling administrative tasks associated with the onboarding and offboarding of staff. This role involves ensuring the smooth delivery and collection of assets, managing system access requests, and maintaining up-to-date documentation. The coordinator will also assist with special projects as assigned.

BUSINESS COORDINATOR – STAFF ONBOARDING - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Willingness to learn and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to establish good relationships with various stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good working knowledge of MS Suite of products (Outlook, IE, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

BUSINESS COORDINATOR – STAFF ONBOARDING – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience in a financial institution
  • Advanced to expert level with Word and Excel
  • Human Resource or Staffing experience
Responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks related to staff onboarding and offboarding, including coordinating asset delivery and collection
  • Submitting requests for system access and required applications
  • Setting up new users in Vacation Tracker
  • Keeping relevant documentation and Design Connect site updated
  • Identifying and implementing process efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
  • Providing general support for the Design Team, including coordination and escalation of technical and process issues
  • Assisting with special projects such as BCP Web updates, asset audits, and workspace projects
