Visit us at https://welldiagnostics.ca [https://welldiagnostics.ca] Key Responsibilities  Operations & Process Improvement   * Analyze call centre and clinic performance metrics (e.g., wait times, booking accuracy, revenue leakage) to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements   * Support the development of centralized dashboards consolidating KPIs across multiple data sources   * Contribute to workflow optimization initiatives, including AI integration and automation opportunities  * Assist in designing onboarding frameworks for new physicians, supporting service expansion and M&A readiness   Patient & Employee Experience   * Research global best practices in patient and employee experience to inform strategic initiatives * Support programs aimed at improving workplace engagement and team productivity   * Assist in planning and executing internal engagement initiatives and events to strengthen organizational culture  Market Outreach & Business Development   * Conduct data-driven analysis to identify high-value referring providers and priority growth regions   * Support targeted outreach strategies to increase referral volumes   * Assist in developing provider engagement initiatives, including recognition and relationship management programs * Perform market and competitor analysis to inform positioning strategies and identify service gaps   * Collaborate with Physician Relations, Marketing, and Operations to align outreach with clinic capacity and growth targets     Digital Innovation & Technology   * Support evaluation and implementation of digital tools, including AI-driven solutions and patient-facing technologies   * Assist in vendor research, capability assessments, and pilot program coordination * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on IT and digital transformation initiatives  * Contribute to initiatives improving patient access, communication, and digital experience   Stakeholder Coordination   * Liaise with cross-functional teams including Operations, Physician Development, Clinic Leadership, and IT   * Coordinate with external partners to support project execution   * Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership     Required Skills   * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights   * Excellent communication and presentation skills   * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment   * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills   * Adaptability and initiative in ambiguous, evolving project environments   * Growth mindset with the ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and industry concepts * Creative, solution-oriented thinking when addressing complex operational challenges     Nice to Have   * Experience with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)   * Foundational understanding of healthcare systems, operations, or market growth strategies      Qualifications   * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Policy, or a related field * Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations   * Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills   * Interest in healthcare innovation, operational strategy, and digital transformation     WELL Health Diagnostic Centres does not use artificial intelligence-assisted tools as part of the recruitment process.
