Join our Business & Customer Insights team as an Analyst and be at the forefront of shaping the future of loyalty. You’ll work on high-profile initiatives, develop innovative data products, and uncover insights that drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities
  • Apply your analytical expertise to design, refine, and innovate loyalty data products that shape the future of customer engagement
  • Enhance the organization’s customer understanding by developing advanced targeting methodologies, including segmentation frameworks, predictive algorithms, and machine learning models
  • Translate business needs into data-driven solutions by partnering with stakeholders to transform strategic and tactical requests into impactful analytics
  • Deliver actionable insights by synthesizing diverse data sources (e.g., customer transactions, consumer research, and syndicated data) and applying statistical best practices in A/B testing and campaign measurement to ensure accurate performance evaluation and continuous optimization of loyalty programs
  • Manage weekly program operations – from audience list generation to performance tracking which ensures seamless execution and maximize program impact
