KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION ARE:

  • A high aptitude for technology and learning new systems
  • Customer service experience (1-3 years) minimum
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in an office environment and answer calls/respond to emails M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Banking and/or Treasury experience is preferred
