Description
Overview Amyx is seeking a Business Data Analyst support to the DAI PMO Program Support Team (PST) in performing senior administrative support to the Portfolio Manager's office. Responsibilities Provides support to the DAI PMO Program Support Team (PST) in performing financial and administrative tasks, to include: Collect and organize information required for preparation of SOPs, manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, or reports. Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, SOPs, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents. Prepare and/or maintain systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods and other documents, presentations, spreadsheets, etc., as required. Maintain a current internal documentation library and supporting the DAI Document Integration Group (DIG) and Records Management processes Provide, coordinating, or supporting special documentation services, meetings, or other events/activities, as required. Provide Acquisition-related support to include contributing to the reporting requirements for a BCAT1 program. Write-up Executive summaries to support executive meeting attendance and awareness Manage the calendar for the Portfolio Manager, Deputy Portfolio Manager and the PMO support team Facilitate meeting across various collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meets) Coordinate high-level customer engagement events like the annual stakeholder meeting or DAI week Coordinate responses to TMT taskings and close out as required Monitor the PEO dashboard in ServiceNow to ensure the view is available and reporting correctly Must have the ability to communicate accurate information Qualifications Minimum Experience: Five (5) years relevant experience Access Level: IT-III Access to Classified Information: No Level of Access: None Must possess IT-III security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with written Inquiries (NACI) at time of proposal submission. Responsibilities
