BUSINESS DATA ANALYST - AUTOMATION:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Data Analyst - Automation for an 18-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

BUSINESS DATA ANALYST - AUTOMATION - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves the Day 2 operations automation team focusing on reporting, dashboarding, and monitoring tools. This role supports the team during a maternity leave, contributing to various automation and AI projects with room for growth.

BUSINESS DATA ANALYST - AUTOMATION - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Data background - SQL, database, data visualization
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Working within an Agile environment
• Experience communicating with stakeholders and customers
• Strong collaboration skills/team player
• Willingness to learn, improve, take on new skill sets

BUSINESS DATA ANALYST - AUTOMATION – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Operations background (incidence and change management)
• Direct experience with tableau and Splunk tools
• Direct experience with RPA (blueprism, UIpath)

• Work with technology partners to research and analyze current state system capabilities
• Define, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Assist testing teams in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results
• Contribute to project management activities such as scoping, estimating, and risk identification
• Participate in quality management reviews, including designs and prototypes
• Work closely with stakeholders to determine solutions and manage integration
• Provide operational and process-related analysis and support
• Perform monthly reporting activities and assist in yearly audit activities
• Provide L1 support to Power Platform use cases and manage communications
• Assist in Incident & Change management with respect to RPA use cases
