POSITION DESCRIPTION:
CGI has an immediate need for a Business/Data Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. This position is located at a client site in RESTON, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage to strict deadlines as well as prioritize and perform tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Diagnose and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
5+ years’ experience
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
Knowledge in reporting for the purposes of system analysis, testing, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as MSOffice and SQL.
Skilled in documentation writing of business requirements, release notes, user guides.
Skilled in the system analysis and software testing by leveraging SQL, JIRA, or other tools.
Proficiency in the use of presentation tools and methods; skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
Proficiency in the use of analytic tools (Excel, Tableau) and strong analytical thinking.
Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
Ability to prioritize effectively and see the big picture.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
Ability to work with large teams and a variety of people, including users, product development team members and management team members
Desired Skillset
System analysis and development skills in Salesforce
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $59,000.00 - $130,600.00.
