Description:

Business Data Analyst for Concord USA, LLC in Hopkins, MN. Working independently under limited
supervision, this position will plan, design, develop, and analyze solutions for complex problems. In this

role, you will:

  • Plan, design, develop, and analyze solutions for complex IT cloud application issues; develop

specification plan for data application, business analysis

  • Drive requirements gathering sessions and prepare and deliver client presentations, modeling and

implementing architecture in Snowflake

  • Summarize and present results internally and externally to client audiences, including Big 4

consulting

  • Conduct research or data gathering, analyzing what data is important to the task at hand and

which is irrelevant, building automated ETL jobs in IBM Datastage

  • Compile reports based on statistics and analysis, keeping in mind the end user’s requirements,

designing and implementing automated end to end data pipelines in Snowflake

  • Perform data mining tasks, for predictive or forecasting purposes.
  • Translate business requirements into business and technical solution designs and client business

needs into technology needs, information systems needs, data needs, and business processes

  • Facilitate the development of future state workflows while identifying organizational and

technical gaps, working with information systems, data statistics and business processes;

  • Provide business support for analysis, designing, testing and implementing business process

improvement initiatives, analyze complex issues involving and presenting findings to
stakeholders, and design and implement automated data validation procedures
Position is based out of and reports to Concord’s HQ in Hopkins, MN, but allows for the option to
telecommute from home office anywhere in the United States.
Requirements:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related
discipline, plus at least 1 years of experience as a data engineer or software engineer in Business and/or
IT experience, professional services, and/or Big 4 environment.

Requires at least one year of experience with each of the following:

  • Working with information systems, data and statistics, and business processes
  • Analyzing complex issues involving and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Experience designing and implementing automated end to end data pipelines in Snowflake
  • Experience in modeling and implementing architecture in Snowflake
  • Experience building automated ETL jobs in IBM Datastage
  • Experience in health care technology
  • Experience in designing and implementing automated data validation procedures

Requires certification/accreditation in at least two of the following:

  • Snowflake Snowpro Core
  • Snowflake Snowpro Advanced Architect
  • Snowflake Snowpro Advanced Data Engineer

Position is based out of and reports to Concord’s HQ in Hopkins, MN, but allows for the option to
telecommute from home office anywhere in the United States. Concord reserves the right to conduct
