About the Role As a Business Data Analyst II, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making within the Global Services organization. You will gather and refine business requirements, analyze and interpret data, build dashboards and automated solutions, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver insights that improve operational performance. This role offers opportunities to expand your technical skills, deepen business domain knowledge, and contribute to impactful analytics initiatives. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Gather, refine, and document business requirements with limited supervision. • Analyse internal and external datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI and related tools. • Design and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline routine processes. • Develop intuitive, user-friendly Power Apps to support operational needs and data collection. • Work with multiple data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. • Identify and communicate data quality issues and recommend improvement steps. • Produce operational metrics and clearly present insights to business leaders. • Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and strengthen collaborative relationships. • Stay current with analytics, visualization, and automation best practices. • Develop understanding of various Global Services business functions and their key data elements. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications • 5-7 years of experience in a business analytics, data analysis, or similar role. • Hands-on experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards, data modelling). • Exposure to Power Automate or Power App is an added benefit. • Familiar with basic SQL concepts. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications • Industry certifications in analytics, Power BI, or data management. • Familiarity with data quality concepts. ________________________________________ Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
