Role Purpose
Drive the commercial expansion of our GenAI and marketing transformation capability. You’ll lead client delivery, manage business operations, and support the go-to-market effort, ensuring Deloitte builds scalable, effective marketing automation solutions that deliver real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing automation and transformation engagements
  • Work closely with clients to shape opportunity definitions, execution plans, and commercial models
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time, commercial-grade outputs
  • Support cross-functional workstream integration, including GenAI, strategy, and Labs demos
  • Track engagement KPIs—revenue, client satisfaction, reuse of assets, profitability
  • Act as a proxy for Graham and Deloitte leadership in client forums
  • Help design future offerings and support pitch/proposal evolution

    Experience & Skills

  • Experience as a Senior Manager or equivalent in MarTech/Marketing Transformation delivery

  • Comfortable balancing commercial KPIs (pricing, margins) with client and team delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management capability—executive-level interfaces
  • Operational efficiency focus—propose and implement delivery improvements
  • Ability to coordinate technical, design, and copy teams in integrated delivery
  • Excellent communication and commercial storytelling skills
