FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7:30 am to 5 pm Shift Details: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: The Account Representative will be a subject matter expert in the field of Salesforce administration and contract management. This individual will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Salesforce, including building customizations of the platform for Workforce Health business processes and efficiencies. This individual will collaborate with the contracting team to ensure proper contract management for all agreements within Workforce Health. This role will support the Executive Director of Business Development in the responses to Requests for Proposals. Travel may be required. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Experience with Customer Relationship Management software required Salesforce experience desired Experience working at a healthcare organization is preferred. Health, wellness, health insurance industry and/or occupational health experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration is required. Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field may be considered. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Demonstrates evidence of leadership, group facilitation, integrity, initiative and written and verbal communication skills. Skills in planning, organizing, financial analysis and budgeting. Demonstrated knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management tool required. Recognized industry leader demonstrated through Board presence, organizational membership, and presenter at the local and national level. Employment experience and demonstrated knowledge of sales tracking and management software (Salesforce). LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) certification preferred.
