This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence within the corporate real estate and office interiors market. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into successful projects, and maintaining long-term partnerships with corporate clients, real estate consultants, landlords, and building management teams. The role requires a proactive professional who understands the commercial interiors landscape and can effectively connect client requirements with tailored design and execution solutions. You will work closely with design, project management, and delivery teams to ensure that client expectations are met while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. In addition to sales and relationship management, the role involves monitoring industry trends, identifying new market opportunities, and developing strategies to expand the client base within corporate offices, retail brands, and co-working spaces.
