THE CLINICA is a premier beauty centre dedicated to providing exceptional beauty and wellness services. We are expanding our offerings by introducing a space renting program, allowing independent beauty professionals and brands to operate within our state-of-the-art facilities. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead this initiative and drive the growth of our space renting program.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing tenants for our beauty centre’s space renting program. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, and a proven track record in business development and relationship management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or leasing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, including trends, key players, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

    Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Tenant Recruitment:
  • Identify and target potential tenants, including independent beauty professionals, estheticians, hairstylists, makeup artists, and wellness practitioners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard high-quality tenants to fill available spaces within the beauty centre.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective tenants through networking, industry events, and outreach campaigns.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring a positive and collaborative relationship.
  • Address tenant concerns, provide support, and ensure their needs are met to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Program Growth and Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to maximize occupancy rates and revenue for the space renting program.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract tenants.
  • Lease Management:
  • Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor lease renewals, rent collections, and tenant compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including occupancy rates, tenant retention, and revenue growth.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of the space renting program.
