POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Business Developer to help expand our client base and drive revenue across both residential and commercial markets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and promoting Bates Landscaping’s full range of services.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience in landscaping, construction, or home services industry (preferred)
  • Proven track record of lead generation and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools (preferred)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
  • Basic understanding of landscaping design, maintenance, and construction services (preferred)
