Trademark Textiles A/S is a leading designer, producer, and supplier of private-label accessories for top fashion brands across Europe. As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are expanding our team in Benelux and looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Developer to take our business to the next level.
We are expanding our presence and looking for a motivated Business Developer to help grow our Dutch and Belgian market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong drive for sales, whether you are a recent graduate or have some experience in sales or business development. Please note that this position is on-site at our headquarters in Kolding, Denmark.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, management, fashion, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • A proactive, outgoing, and relationship-focused approach to business development.
  • Willingness to take initiative, make cold calls, and convert leads into clients.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (required - this will be tested during the hiring process).
    Previous experience 1 - 3 years in sales or textiles is an advantage but not required, as we provide full training.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth in the Dutch market.
  • Have regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers and participate in online and in-person meetings, including strategy discussions and product collection presentations.
  • +/- 50 travel days per year, combined with business trips to visit our production sites in the Far East.
