REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills and a proven sales mindset
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and responsible personality
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in Canada
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Full-time availability with access to reliable transportation
  • Experience in real estate or Airbnb/short-term rentals is an asset

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record in B2B sales environments.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, including lead generation and territory management.
  • Familiarity with technology sales, including technical sales processes and product demonstrations.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and reporting.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making and strategy development.
  • Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and reach out to potential property owners
  • Introduce and present our services to secure partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to close deals
  • Assist the team with pre-onboarding communication and property preparation

DUTIES

  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts while developing strategies for account growth and retention.
  • Engage in business development efforts to expand market presence and drive revenue.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data.
  • Perform cold calling to generate leads and set appointments for product demonstrations.
  • Deliver compelling product demos that highlight the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
