JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a motivated Business Developer to join our team and help drive new growth opportunities. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building client relationships, generating leads through proactive outreach, and learning the ins and outs of a technical, fast-paced industry.
As a Business Developer, you’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, advocating for clients across departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working closely with internal stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow into a high-performing sales career with strong long-term potential.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer service/account management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM is an asset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and prospect outreach.
  • Learn the business and develop deep product knowledge to effectively position solutions to clients.
  • Advocate for clients across production, customer service, and other departments to ensure high-quality execution and satisfaction.
  • Manage complex customer service accounts while ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate closely with management and internal stakeholders to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, monitor pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to prospective clients.
  • Contribute to building a strong, client-focused reputation for CCL.
