POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Developer to drive growth and build partnerships in our core areas: immigration, recruitment, education, and business consulting. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong network and a passion for connecting businesses and individuals with innovative solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, client relations, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of immigration, recruitment, or education consulting is a plus.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across our service areas, including corporate partnerships and client acquisitions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence, particularly in immigration, recruitment, and education sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders such as clients, partner companies, and industry organizations.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals to potential clients and partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, immigration policies, and market demands to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to align client acquisition efforts with operational capabilities.
  • Track performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to the leadership team.
