If yes, you may be a great addition to our team! Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Business Developer based in our Medellín office to grow the Colombian market to help us achieve our goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world.
As a Business Developer you will identify and build new business opportunities with universities, companies, industry associations and academic institutions to generate more partnerships to drive new leads and help the business grow. You will also be expected to organize events and lead our referral loyalty program for adults. You will be asked to reach weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets and other predefined KPIs.
