About The Role We are looking for a Business Developer to work directly with the Head of Technical Growth and report to the CEO across strategy, operations, fundraising, and legal topics. This is a high-impact generalist role for someone who wants deep exposure to how an early-stage startup is built and scaled. The BD will act as an extension of the Head of Technical Growth, helping drive priorities forward, coordinating across teams and external stakeholders, and turning high-level strategy into execution. You will not be expected to be an expert in everything, but you will be expected to learn fast, take ownership, and move things forward with limited structure. What you will do: - Work closely with the HoTG on company strategy, planning, and execution - ⁠Support fundraising activities, including investor materials, outreach, and follow-ups - ⁠Coordinate operational projects across teams and external partners - ⁠Support legal, corporate, and compliance processes with advisors and counsel - ⁠Prepare analyses, presentations, and briefing materials for key decisions - ⁠Own ad hoc projects critical to company growth and execution What we are looking for: - Strong analytical and organisational skills - ⁠Ability to operate across strategy and execution - ⁠Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup - ⁠Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills - ⁠High ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility Why this role: - Direct exposure to the HoTG and key company decisions - ⁠Broad responsibility across all core startup functions - ⁠Steep learning curve and significant growth opportunity Tasks Essential Skills Desirable Skills Your profile Why us?
