What will you do? Offer management for Single phase UPS, Racks and rPDU product lines Develops the product/solutions based strategy and plan collaboratively with key business partners. Develops the product/solution launch strategy and plan collaboratively with key business partners Responsible for the profitability of the offer as well as price realization and mix management. Responsible for sales and market share growth of the offer. Accountable for implementing the actions around life cycle management. Responsible for customer experience metrics. Responsible for the relationship with the production plants. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? IT mission critical facilities. Power Systems and management software desirable. Experience in the Data Centers, retail, health care markets IT Distributors UPS main competitors Price analysis and profit management Product strategy and marketing plans Understanding technical information for electric and IT networks. Bachelor´s degree on Business or Technical area 5 years of experience Professional competencies Manages Risks & Opportunity of Solutions Business Market Segmentation & Customer Targeting Take Risks and Innovate Influence & Convince Stress management and frustration tolerance Excellent colaboration & communications skills with internal and external customer High capacity for data analisys and trend identification Personal competencies Communication skills, both oral and written, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Strong listening and presentation skills; tailoring the approach according to customer needs.
