Job Description 🎯 Your Mission As a Global Buyer on "France Nord & Montagnes" Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and managing our portfolio of french hotel partners. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels across Normandie/ Picardie & Hauts-de-France, delivering exceptional travel experiences to our members while driving strong business results. You’ll be the key point of contact for our french hoteliers - their main relationship with Voyage Privé runs through you. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Own and grow your hotel portfolio : boutique properties, resorts, luxury brands across Normandie/ Picardie / Hauts-de-France regions • Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to hit revenue targets • Be the face of Voyage Privé : pitch, onboard and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners • Work closely with our internal teams (Marketing, Content, Revenue) to maximize campaign performance • Monitor market trends and competitors in the French hospitality landscape to stay ahead of the curve • Travel regularly to meet partners on the ground Qualifications 💡 What We’re Looking For We are looking for proactive individuals who move fast, think strategically, and are driven to make a lasting impact • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement • Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers. • Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry. • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. • Data-driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement. • Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed. • Fluent in French & English; other language skills are a plus.
