Drive market expansion by increasing Bosch's market share and brand recognition. Identify and secure new customers while exploring untapped markets and opportunities. Sales and Business Development: Manage sales for Bosch's industrial boiler solutions, focusing on steam and hot water systems. Achieve or exceed sales targets by executing strategic plans and initiatives. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners. Product Management and Customer Support: Lead the introduction of new products or services in the market. Develop after-sales opportunities, including maintenance contracts and customer training programmes. Collaborate with service teams to ensure efficient customer support and high satisfaction levels. Operations and Compliance: Ensure all activities align with Bosch's internal standards and regional regulations. Manage customer receivables and open payables to maintain healthy cash flow. Monitor sales KPIs and provide detailed monthly reports to the Regional Business Director. Marketing and Representation: Support the execution of regional marketing plans. Represent Bosch at key industry events to promote solutions and enhance visibility. Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: First degree in an Engineering-related field. An MBA is considered a significant advantage. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the boiler or machinery industry.
