JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the Exhibition Stand Fabrication and Event Management industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence across key markets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering customized event solutions that exceed client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 5 Years Work Experience as business Development Manager in Exhibition Stand Fabrication & Event Management
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the exhibition stand fabrication, events, or creative industries.
  • A strong network within the UAE event and exhibition sector is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
