We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to accelerate growth across Poland. As part of SOMFY’s Push & Pull strategy, you will expand our footprint in the residential, commercial, and hospitality markets by building strong partnerships with key construction stakeholders and turning opportunities into long-term business success. What You'll Do: Develop and manage strategic relationships with residential real estate developers, architects, and project stakeholders. Promote Somfy’s innovative shading systems and smart home technologies across new developments. Lead the full business development cycle-from prospecting to project delivery. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions for client needs. Represent Somfy at industry events and trade shows to grow brand visibility. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project management in real estate, smart home, or building automation. Proven success in managing complex B2B projects. Strong technical understanding of IoT, smart home ecosystems, and motorized shading. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Additional Information Why Join Somfy?
