Our client, a fast-growing property restoration company based in Irvine, CA, is searching for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to take the lead in Orange County, especially to bring exceptional service to the Mandarin speaking community.

• Build and grow client relationships with Property Managers, HOA Boards, Insurance Brokers, Real Estate Agents, and other key decision makers, especially in the Mandarin speaking community.
• Develop and lead marketing and outreach efforts to drive awareness and revenue in Orange County.
• Generate and follow up on leads, cultivate referral sources, and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Bring an existing book of business and develop new referral partnerships beyond traditional plumbers—including untapped markets and underserved communities.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to others in the company’s future sales team.
