Description Job Summary The Signs & Graphics BD is responsible for prospecting for and securing new customers and new business within existing accounts. Essential Functions and Duties Prospecting for new S&G customers primarily within the AEC Industry and in other industries where applicable Securing new business within and maintaining existing Duncan-Parnell accounts Managing larger, significant signage projects that require longer sales cycles Conducting site surveys and communicating this information to appropriate personnel Pursuing all leads shared from all Duncan-Parnell employees Maintaining regular contact with Operations regarding relevant production, including but not limited to a daily production meeting Entering all opportunities, customer info and significant activities into the CRM Actively participating in appropriate networking events that support and contribute to Duncan-Parnell sales growth Staying current with product knowledge and trends Utilizing creative skills to find, attract and retain business Meeting/exceeding quota expectations (reviewed monthly) Remaining accessible to your customers and coworkers by phone or email during normal business hours; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Competencies · Strong work ethic and a team player · Self-motivation – must be able to work independently and execute complete assignment in time sensitive manner · Organized and detail-oriented · Solution-oriented with a “can-do” attitude; welcomes a challenge Requirements · Minimum two years sales experience – preferably in the printing industry · Associates degree · Work experience with MS Office and CRM software (preferably Salesforce) · Local community involvement · Reliable transportation and a clean DMV record · Always strive to adhere to Duncan-Parnell’s Mission Statement
