We’re looking for an exceptional Business Developer who possesses a strong commercial mindset.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a technical or commercial background.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar B2B role within a technical or commercial environment.
  • A leader who effectively leads by example through actively engaging in sales themselves.
  • Excellent knowledge of international sales processes.
  • A proven ability to prospect new clients and close deals from scratch.
  • Proactive, social, and good presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, at a business level.
  • Knowledge of the industry.
  • Willingness to travel around the world to visit our clients.
  • In possession of a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities

As our Business Developer, you’ll have the exciting task of visiting prospective customers. You’ll spend about 50% of your time engaging with clients, while also being accountable for the following:

  • Finding new opportunities in the market and investigate possible collaborations.
  • Managing sales turnover and margins.
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and manage sales risks and opportunities for SILICON.
  • Follow up leads that are targeted by our Marketing team.
  • Ensuring comprehensive reporting of visits and opportunities.
  • Maintaining good communication and cooperation with other departments.
  • Market research and analyses of the industry.
  • Give presentations and demonstrations to show our products to the client together with our engineers.
