JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our company in the UAE market by identifying new business opportunities, building strong
client relationships and promoting our portfolio solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in any of the field: construction, sanitaryware, ironmongery and electrical fittings.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing business deals within the UAE market.
  • Strong network within the UAE public and private sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • A valid UAE driving license.
    Salary starting from AED 3,000 plus commission.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components
  • Conduct ongoing market research
  • Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
