BUSINESS DEVELOPER:

Assiopay, a TXT group company, is looking for a Business Developer with at least 3 years of experience in Digital Payment.
The role will be fundamental in driving and supporting the company’s growth by achieving strategic commercial objectives and strengthening relationships with high-level customers.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Digital payment experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial or business development roles in the digital payments industry;
Commercial skills: Strong ability to plan and implement sales and growth strategies, with a results-oriented approach to achieving goals.
Leadership skills in managing and coordinating a team, acting as a point of reference for the group.
Availability to travel within the territory is required to strengthen client relationships and adopt a proactive approach, ensuring a constant presence at Assiopay’s offices in Milan and Palermo.
Education: Degree in Economics or related fields.

Responsibilities

Business development: Identify and manage business opportunities to drive Assiopay’s growth, with a focus on current and potential customers in the digital payments sector;
Team management: Coordinate and lead the team to achieve company goals, with a strong orientation towards collaboration and team support;
Solution optimization and development: Collaborate with the technical team to define solutions for Assiopay’s business such as Digital Payment Solutions, POS and Smart Solutions, Meal Voucher Services and Loyalty Cards, Digital Services for Payment Providers;
Customer Relations: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with strategic clients, ensuring excellent service and anticipating market needs.
