KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong knowledge of international logistics, air freight, and sea freight forwarding operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and close business deals.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding.
  • Established client network in air and/or sea freight is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
