This role may include managing cross-functional projects and initiatives, overseeing financial management, coordinating events, governing business-specific processes, preparing key reports and presentations as well as supporting front employees of the Region with regular updates and insights. YOUR CHALLENGE Lead, coordinate and/or support strategic initiatives and projects, coordinating and collaborating across teams and functions Conduct and/or coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses as a decision basis for projects, performance reviews, scorecards process and/or ad hoc requests Create and maintain KPIs / reporting framework across regional growth disciplines, to be addressed to line management, and to ensure diligent follow-ups of defined actions (NNM from share-of-wallet, new clients, etc.) Prepare presentations, concepts and white papers for internal and external bodies Responsible for the communication of relevant information and actions for front employees of the Region, including monitoring and follow-up on agreed actions YOUR PROFILE Very strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel Know-how and applied experience in building and maintaining data queries, macros (e.g. VBA) and tableau dashboards, experienced in working with add-ins like think-cell Wealth Management solutions and product know-how Independent, efficient, proactive and meticulous work method Project management skills Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks Relevant higher educational and professional background We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
