The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree preferably with business background
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or related fields within the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
  • Track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Highly motivated, hands-on, fast learner and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

As a Key Account Management Lead for Shopee Express (SPX), you will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with top-tier sellers, driving revenue growth, and optimising logistics solutions to enhance seller success. Leading a team of Relationship Managers (RMs), you will act as the strategic liaison between major sellers and SPX Express, ensuring seamless logistics support while resolving high-priority operational challenges. To excel in this role, you will drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, refining service solutions, and positioning SPX Express as the preferred logistics partner.
